Any person who lives in the state of Wisconsin may apply for and receive a free library card after completing and signing a library card application and presenting proof of their current name, address, and Wisconsin ID or drivers license.
A parent/legal guardian's signature will be required for anyone under 18 years of age. Once the library card is issued, juveniles will have access to all library materials excluding movies.
Parents/legal guardians who wish their child to check out videos must sign a form giving the child permission to check out movies.

Please bring the completed application and valid identification to the library and we will have you checking out books in no time!
